Fee StructureOur contingency fee structure varies per client, depending on the delinquency of the account, the total amount placed into collections, and how many accounts are placed yearly. We will be happy to discuss our client’s specific needs and requirements in this area and will negotiate fees ranging from 15% to 33%, depending on the client. The rate for accounts forward to an outside attorney for collections is 35%. If suit is required, the client will be responsible for court costs and any non-contingent suit fees charged by counsel. International accounts are collected at a rate of 35% and those forwarded to international attorneys are charged at a rate of 45%. The client is again required to incur any court costs and/or non-contingent suit fees.
